Privacy Policy

This note explains what the venue collects when you book a dome session or send us a message, and what we do — and do not — do with it. We keep the list short on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill in the booking form we receive the name, email address, chosen date, session type, and seat count you type in. That is the whole set. We ask for nothing else, and we do not run trackers that build a profile of you across other sites. We do not handle any payment details through this page.

Why we hold it

We use your details for one thing: to confirm your seat in the ring and reach you if a session time shifts. Your booking line is stored so hosts can plan how many chairs to set for the night. We never sell contact details, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Cookies

The site itself sets no marketing or advertising cookies. Your browser may keep a small local note of whether you prefer reduced motion, purely so animations stay calm on your next visit. That preference lives on your device and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

Booking records are cleared on a rolling basis once a session has passed and there is no longer a reason to hold them. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask a host and we will delete your entry from the booking log.

Your choices

You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Reach out through the same channel you used to book, and a member of the crew will handle it. We aim to answer within a few working days.
